For the Palazzo della Regione in Udine we supplied and installed our Grolla. The hard limestone was used to clad the facade using a ventilated system (8,000 square meters), the flooring (2,500 square meters, 3 cm thickness), and the pillars. The chromatic effect, given by the horizontal stripes, is due to the combination of beige and pink colours. The contrasting flamed and brushed finishes offer the building an elegant and modern look.

The cladding of the facade includes specialised processes such as Slot and Kerf which are essential for this type of cladding. The columns are composed of shaped elements, according to the architect’s design.
